Matthew said the first time he brought his vehicle in this business they fixed something that didn't need to be fixed, and a week later he had the same problem with the vehicle. He did not specify the problem. He mentioned this business did not give him an explanation on why they did not fix his vehicle correctly the first time. He also mentioned this business replaced 2 sensors on his vehicle because they did not fix his vehicle the first time.

We certainly appreciate your frustration with having to come back. As we explained on your second visit from time to time, two separate problems can exhibit the same symptoms. This is why the symptoms didn’t re-appear immediately after you picked up your truck but some time later. We could see that you were frustrated and upset, and this is why as a courtesy we waived the cost of your second visit.
