Coni said she was not given a promised time. She also was not completely satisfied with the communication with her service advisor, because she brought the vehicle to the business in the morning and thought she would receive the vehicle that day in the afternoon. She did not receive the vehicle until the next day in the afternoon. It would have been nice if someoe would have communuicated with her and told her that the process was going to take 2 days.
