David said it took over 24 hours to complete a front-end brake job. The delay for service was due to having a busy schedule. He was also charged $100 for an ABS check. David stated he knew what type of service he wanted, and he expressed the type of service needed on his vehicle. When Dane brought up the ABS check service on his vehicle, he did not advise or request permission to charge him for the ABS check. David was under the impression the ABS check fee would be applied to the work, since he was getting the brake job completed at the business. The representative did not give him a promised time, and advised they would call him when the vehicle was ready. They also did not provide any courtesy calls, and he had to initiate 3 phone calls to obtain updated information. David said he felt the ABS check fee was tacked on to his bill. He did not have any problems with the service work completed on his vehicle. David stated 24 hours is too long for the front-end brake service, and also his having to initiate the phone calls is not good customer service. Dane did not follow up with anyone to see what he could do to reduce the fee, or to get the fee dissolved. The service advisor could serve him better by providing better communication regarding any fees, and get approval for the service to be completed for any fee before providing the service work. The front desk representatives were very nice. Due to this experience David would not recommend them for service.
