Steve said he was not happy with the fact that the service advisor was telling him things that needed to be done to his vehicle that were not needed. When asked if she was sure it needed to be done, she was uncertain and had not checked. She told him that he needed a front end alignment when he just had one and when she went to check. She acknowledged that he was right and it was not necessary. He would not recommend for the reasons stated.
