Judy said she was not completely satisfied with the overall service experience for several reasons. They charged her extra to have a part to arrive on the same day. When she scheduled an appointment one of her service advisors, Julieanne, said the part was in stock. The other service advisor, Stan, did a good job. She was not completely satisfied with the communication with her service advisor because she was told the part was in stock, when it was not. She would not recommend this business for service for the reasons already stated. This was the first time she used this business and they did not leave her with a good impression.
