Marc said he is not completely satisfied with his overall service experience because he asked the business to replace the light bulbs on the rear license plate area. The business charged him $10 and the invoice he received said it was fixed, however the lights are still not working. He said he is not completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on the vehicle because of the above reason.
