Brent said when the original price was quoted for the service he asked if there was any way the cost could be discounted. The advisor said he would look into it and get back to him and this was not followed through. As a result of the service advisor not following through on his request he is not satisfied with the courtesy or communication. The business could serve him better by following up when a customer has a request.
