Cindy said she was told she needed a new timing belt and that it would be necessary to prevent any future problems. She checked elsewhere and found that she doesn't need a timing belt, she doesn't even have one. This is the first year they didn't put in a timing belt. She was not given the correct information. She said she doesn't know if she can trust them anymore. She said she felt she was pressured into getting a timing belt and this is the first time this has ever happened. She will go back, but she's going to get a referral on future work. Her vehicle was delayed overnight because they were waiting on a part.
