Tom said when he went to pick up his vehicle, they had damaged it. He and the service advisor walked around his vehicle. He never pointed out the damage to his vehicle and he had to find it himself. Finally, he had to point it out to the service advisor who already knew about it. He told him what probably happened but never did apologize. They also took his vehicle off the premises. He said he does not know what they were doing with his vehicle. He stated he knew how much gas he had and it was lower than when he brought it in. He was satisfied with the courtesy of his service advisor until the damage was discovered and he gave no apology. To serve him better, they need to tell what happened and be up front about it.
