Karmeron said he was completely satisfied with his overall service experience, however, when he left the business, he had some electrical issues. The starter cable came off and because he isn't located close to the business, he took it to another business to get it fixed. He didn't know if the issue was a result of something the business did, so he didn't contact them regarding it.
