Pamela said her vehicle is working well, but the service took longer than expected. She did not elaborate on the length of the delay or the reason for it. Her service advisor did not follow-up with her as much as she would have liked. She said she feels the business should communicate with their customers more and an oil change should only take thirty minutes.
