Chris I think there may be some confusion. You brought your because it had been sitting for approximately 2 years and not running. As agreed out first step was to get the vehicle running. It was not our computer that was down it was the vehicles due to the fact it had been sitting so long. Once we were able to get everything restored and were able to test drive the vehicle we noticed that the vehicle does not always down shift to first gear when coming to a stop. We also advised you that the turbo and injectors were weak. Unfortunately these items could not be diagnosed until the vehicle was in fact drivable.
Upon delivery of the vehicle we went over our recommendations to bring the truck back to life, and also gave you a referral to a transmission shop that we have trusted for years.
