I'm sorry you feel that way Justin. I don't remember talking to you at all. I talked to your father. We had a very pleasant conversation. I can assure you there were no cuss words at all. We do not talk like that around here. I am not sure who you talked to but it was not us.

Kenny said he was not satisfied with his overall service experience. When he had dropped his vehicle off at the business he told them they needed to drive the vehicle to experience the issues he is having with his vehicle. They did not do everything he had asked them to do. When he went to pick up his vehicle the first thing he asked them was if they had driven his vehicle. The gentleman he spoke with told him no. He was frazzled. He is not sure if the request did not get passed to the mechanic, but he explained that he needs to drive to the vehicle to experience the issue he is having. He said he feels the services they did were a little overpriced. They charged him $155 for an oil change, balance, and tire rotation. He wasted his time and his money. The gentleman he spoke with told him he could use a coupon he had to take $20 off his bill, but he still feels it did not make up for the fact that they did not do what he asked them to do.

Spoke with Lisa. She said she dropped her vehicle off at this business Monday evening in anticipation of work for the following day. They did not start until Tuesday late afternoon. She got her vehicle back on Thursday evening. She was happy with the service, but the time seemed long.

"Friendly and Professional"
The staff was great. Jordan told how much it would be to replace my waterpump. He was able to get my in the same week and said it would take 2 to 3 hours. I brought my car in at the appointment time and they took it in at the that time. They were completed in the time they said and even gave it a 31 point inspection for other systems. They provided a 36 month / 36000 mile warranty on parts and labor. It was a very good visit. I will be bringing my vehicles back for any other needed repairs.
