Stanley, we are so happy we finally got a good part installed. The manufacturer of the part is doing a national recall on all these parts because of this problem. Shelly, I am very sorry you had a bad experience. After doing some research I found out that you had an early morning appointment and we did not get to it until later that afternoon. I am very sorry that happened. Our schedule got badly backed up that day. I know that is not a good reason for this problem. We try not to ever let this happen but it did this time.
