"Terrific at customer service"
Hallmark Hyundai sales, managers, admin staff and mechanics department personnel are all very kind and knowledgeable. Every person in the showroom bent over backwards to assist us.

"They go the extra mile"
I went in again to have my speaker relaxed and the experience was great. I worked with Andrew and he assured me that my concerns would be addressed and even made a time to have my other issues looked at. I was very happy with the service I received and will definitely be coming back to have my car serviced.

"Bad service department "
They will make you feel stupid for bringing things up and they try to get you to pay for stuff even though your warranty is suppose to cover it. They have new people and that is the reason for the bad rating.

I always receive stellar treatment at Hallmark Hyundai of Hendersonville, Tn. location. I have noticed on occasion the faces may change, but I still received the same great service from (Nick) the staff. He went out of his way to make a bad situation better.
