Troy said that he is a repeat customer. When he went to get his repairs done on his vehicle the technicians forgot to replace his windshield. The technicians went to his house a couple days later and replaced it but accidentally left a deep scratch about a foot long towards the roof of the vehicle right next to the trim lining. He said the best way to describe the scratch is like if someone took a key and dragged it a foot long.
