"Don't underestimate the wait-time"
Arrived at 8am, and I was told my service could be done in 60-90 minutes.
After an hour was told that I need to replace the tire and need another 60 minutes.
Turned out to be 4 hours.

Thank you for your recent survey. I have read your concern and understand your frustartaion. Tires are considered a "wear and tear" item, a  component that will need to be replaced over a period of time. If there are any tire concerns , all tires will be directed  to the tire manafacutrer. Since Hyundai does not make the tires, they can not warranty the tires. The tires manafacturer and warranty information were included in a brocheure when you purchased the vehicle. It should be located in the glove box. Please re consider the survey for Robert. This survey was intended for vehicles that were serviced and Roberts customer service.
