Mr Khosla,

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I try to provide all my customers with all the options provided by Hanless and Hyundai that will fit there needs and budget. The 30k service interval is a big one. I find it very important to provide the options to my customers due to the fact that the maintenance may affect the warranty if not completed properly. Our location is small, we do not have the retail space or staff for a drive thru car wash or to to wash and vacum every car. Now that the drought is ended, we do offer simple hand washes for free, but only on request and only when the customer is not waiting for the vehicle because it take more time to complete the service. As part of our complementry multi point inspection, we do top off fluids, however if the brake fluid or coolant are low and/or dirty we do not add water because it may cause problems. The process to get my recall fixed was fast, and convenient due to the shuttle service offered. Robert was kind, and Aaron was also fast to drop me off, and pick me up. The cashier Michelle I believe was very professional, and I would consider coming back for a servicing.
