Thank you for the feedback. We are in the process or hiring more staff to accommodate all customers in different aspects of the business. Unlike other larger dealers, we only have a hand wash with a regular hose. Currently we only have one car washer and his hours are set to the sales hours, we hope to soon have two more for we can wash any car that requests one. Also we are trying to work out the logistics on opening weekends, in the mean time we do offer Free shuttle service with a 10miles for drop of and pick up and have a night drop to help customers service there vehicles when its convenient for them.
