"Slow service "
After an inspection taking more than double the time I was told it would take, I went back to ask how much longer. The service guy was busy with what sounded like a personal phone call. The other guy looked into it and found that the car was already done. Not happy that I was sitting in the waiting area for nothing!

This was for my first oil change on a car just purchased from them. Although I thought the oil change was a bit premature, it was what was recommended by the Hyundai scheduled service. I upgraded to a blend that allowed for more mileage between services. The service was great.
