William said Paul is a very experienced person and a good man. He takes time to explain everything to him in a way he understands. He is treated like a king when he comes in. When he purchased the vehicle Mike and Chuck were very courteous, they listened to his wife and answered all of her questions. He said the way they responded to his wife was a huge selling point in why they decided to purchase the vehicle.

Spoke with Susan D. She said this business went above and beyond and she was extremely pleased. She took a chance on this business out of the blue. She and her husband were buying a 5th wheel in Tacoma and wanted to stay in the same area to purchase a truck to pull it. She Googled GMC for the area and her husband called Harnish Buick GMC. He told them exactly what he wanted, and they really made the process easy, so he flew down from Alaska. This business was so helpful from the get go that they just stayed with them. She didn't know how they could do any better because they exceeded her expectations already. She was just thrilled. Carlos was very professional, very helpful, and very knowledeable.

Ernie said he took his vehicle in because it had a rattle and the bumper was crooked. They had the vehicle ready before the time promised. They fixed the rattle but the bumper still needed improvement, affecting the quality.

Matthew said he was not satisfied with the handling of the financing because his bank has called six times and left four different voice mails and the business has not returned a phone call yet. He was not introduced to the service department because he came to the business at 8:00 pm right before they close. They did not finished the deal until 10:30 pm. He said they went above and beyond his expectations.
