"Continued Great Service"
As always, my questions were answered, my service was done in quick order, and I was informed of any issues. Harrell always calls when the car is ready so I don't have to keep checking. Everyone is polite and willing to share information!

"Find the problem and fix the first time."
They find the problem and get it corrected the first time. The diagnostics are top end and can find the problem others can't.
