Dorve all the way from Port Orchard to Lynnwood to check out the inventory in person. Adam Troxel had called me back from an internet inquirery within 5 minutes. He was pleasant and professional on the phone and invited us for the BBQ yesterday. We were not certain we would find a car on the lot we wanted but Adam was patient, took the time before we arrived and had several vehicles printed out to review to make sure he was guiding us in the right direction and not wasting our time. The vehicle we landed on turned into the one we bought! He respected our price range, values and our time. He did not try to pressure sell us and neither did Leo or Stuart!

end the end, Adam handed us off to Stuart Turck for the financing. We had challeng of buying an older vehicle and having negative equity in a 2 year old vehicle but, Stuart did not give up and made the deal work.

My wife and I could not be happier with the custer service atmosphere, the personal treatment we received and friendly professional tone and manner of all the staff.

Unresolved maintenance issue one year ago while under warranty now not covered when issue was finally discovered one month out of calendar warranty.

This is the third time I have used the same service contact person and he has been great every time.

I shopped around for the best price for brakes and tires for a long time prior to having Harris Ford do the work. Over the phone they let me know that they would match the tire price I got elsewhere and gave me a great price on brakes. When I went to go and pick up my F150, the tire price, brake job, and oill service were all cheaper than quoted. The job was done on time and with great service. Easily my best experiance of many at the dealership! Thank you, Mike Lyon.
