Waiting room is better....Toyota of Lake City provides great coffee and pastries which go a long way in helping to feel better about the cost of repairs.
The service department reps....are much better than a year ago.....attitude has improved.

desde el agente tartamudo hasta el "ratero" y estupido "gerente de ventas" (llamado bob) son una bola de rateros como en la mayoria de car dealers.

Great Price, not pushy
I needed to purchase a new vehicle relatively quickly as my current one was dying and I didn't want to put more money into it. I had previously kept an eye on new car models I may be interested in since I knew I'd have to replace my previous car soon, and had things narrowed down to a Mazda CX-7, Kia Sorento, Subaru XV Crosstrek and the Ford Escape.
I had checked several dealer websites for dealers in my general area and came across Harris Ford's site. I checked their specials on new vehicles and saw that they had deeply discounted several models, including an Escape that generally had the options on it I wanted. I used their website's integrated chat option to talk to a person at the dealer (I sadly can't remember their name) to see if the discounts were legit. The person online was rather wishy washy but I figured the discount was deep enough that it would at least be worth a look, so I headed down to the dealership with a friend. Right before this however I emailed the link to the page with the exact listing of the vehicle I was looking for to my phone.
Once on the dealership lot I was approached by a salesperson, he asked what I was looking for and I pulled up the Harris Ford web page that had the listing of the exact vehicle I was looking for. The sales person went inside to find out if that Escape was still available, it was. He pulled around the vehicle, and we went on a test drive.
On the drive, or shortly after, I forget, the salesmen probed to see if I would be interested in another vehicle, I told him I was not and that I wanted this specific one, if the advertised price was legitimate. The salesmen wouldn't answer directly on my questions about price, and I became a bit nervous, as I knew I had a long day ahead of me and I didn't want to waste time if they were going to honor the discounts.
I went inside and started filling out paper work, while I was doing this a sales manager came over and we talked price. He showed me the MSRP, and then we went over which rebates I was eligible for. Before I came down I reviewed on the Harris Ford site the list of rebates that dropped the MSRP of the vehicle (about $33k) to their advertised price (about $22k), I knew before hand that I would qualify for a couple of them (I'm no longer in college, not in the military, etc).
The sales manager did honor all the rebates I qualified for, and the price I could get was only about $1k more than what was advertised on the site (this was acceptable because I didn't qualify for the above rebates).
I per-qualified for an Auto Loan through BECU, but the Dealership still wanted me to fill out their paper work. I knew they couldn't get me a better rate than BECU, but I still filled it out anyway, figured since they were holding up their end on the price I should at least let them offer me financing through their dealership.
After going to the financing office everything seemed completely in order, there wasn't any shadyness I could see. The guy tried to upsell me on warranty stuff, but I only took the basic level 7 year extended warranty. No one at the dealership pushed hard on getting me into a more expensive car, a higher interest rate, longer payments than I wanted or other options. They treated me well, and honored their listed price.
I got an excellent deal on the vehicle, and even after all the taxes and other fees I still paid in total about $7k less than the base manufacturer MSRP.
I would recommend Harris Ford to my friends and family, I also definitely recommend checking their website before you head down. Having a specific vehicle in mind made the car buying process much easier than I expected.

service department is efficient and customer oriented
I bought my Ford Escape from a different dealer, but since Harris Ford is close to my work I took it there for a service. They did a great job and even washed and vacuumed my vehicle without charge, even though I offered to pay. Great service, and I will definitely go there again.
