Not Happy Today
Took my car into today for service, everything OK until I was told they couldn't give me a ride to work (5 minutes away) today because of the snow. What snow? Did they look at the roads? The roads were clear. I had to leave the dealership with my unrepaired car. Not happy.

I am sorry about the lack of a shuttle ride this morning! That is why we always accept walk in appointments but ask you to call in if you need special ammenities such as shuttle rides so we can get that scheduled as we only have 1 driver for all 5 of our dealerships. If you would have called in this morning we would have been able to tell you before you showed up today that we were not offering shuttle service today and saved you some time and disappointment. Our shuttle driver is an older gentleman who does not feel comfortable driving in winter weather not to mention it is a higher risk and or liabilty for our company. I live in Dayton which is a 7 minute drive and there was plenty of snow on the roads this morning. I appologize for your displeasure and hope you understand. Please give me a call if you have any futher questions.
