I recently had a significant problem with my Hyundai. The car was still under warranty. The dealership provided a vehicle for me to use while my car was being repaired. The service desk person was incredibly helpful and kind. She focused on me and tried to minimize the inconvenience on me. This was customer service that is too rare these days but was much appreciated.
