Matthew said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the vehicle is still making a noise and the business has been unable to fix the problem. The vehicle was not ready when promised because he was given different times and days as to when the vehicle would be ready. He was not satisfied with the business communication because he had to call for updates and he was only contacted when the vehicle was ready. He would not recommend them for the reasons previously stated.
