Joseph said he went to this business when they told him how quickly they would get the repairs done. Joseph wasn't satisfied with the thoroughness of the insurance person that prepared the estimate, because he missed a couple of things this business picked up. He chose not to elaborate. Joseph commented this business's communication was great, and it was great they kept him informed with status reports every couple of days via email. He pointed out the body work looks brand new, and he got his vehicle back early. This business didn't replace the wheel bearings. After he picked up his vehicle he discovered the wheel bearings were bad, but he moved and had the bearings replaced by another business in his new area. Joseph said this business was very helpful regarding the wheel bearing issue, and are in the process of having Joseph's insurance take care of everything.
