Mary said no loaner vehicle was available when she first went there. She waited for awhile and decided to come back the next day. Her left front headlight was supposed to be included in the repair. It wasn't done. She said they buffed the side they worked on. She was told they would buff the whole thing out, but she thought they meant the whole vehicle. That wasn't done. There was no promised time. They called when her vehicle was ready. The work they did looks good.
