Jenni said the work took longer than promised. They told her the work would take 3 to 5 days, but it took 8 days. She said they didn't realize until they had the vehicle for 5 days that one of the parts that was listed in the estimate had not been ordered. She said the business didn't keep her informed, so she had to follow up with them on her own initiative. She wasn't satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared the estimate because the timeframe was inaccurate. She was not happy with the communication because she was not told there was a delay until she called this business.
