Srinivas said she rated them a 3 for her overall experience because she was not happy with the Geico representative who called and left her message. He did not explain what was to be done to her vehicle. They did not keep her informed during the repair process. They only called to say when her vehicle would be ready. She was not satisfied with the person who prepared her estimate because he was the same guy who did not call to let her know the status of her vehicle.
