Anita said they had to order a plastic piece to replace the damaged one next to the driver's side bumper. She will bring the vehicle back to have that work performed at her convenience. They are very courteous and explained things in such a manner that she was able to understand what they were talking about. She saw some spots on the vehicle which may or may not have been there before she brought the vehicle in and they buffed them out for her. They have been very helpful.
