Spoke with Christa. She said the business did a good job at repairing her vehicle but there was a misunderstanding when she was putting in the work order. Since it was an insurance claim, she paid for it before the work began and she told the person who did her estimate that if it goes over it don't do it and give her a call. No one informed her that it would be more than what she already paid for and when she got there they said she owed $500. After about 2 hours of arguing another manager came in and honored what was said to her before. The manager that helped her out was very nice and kind but due to the experience she had she will not be returning. The vehicle was a week late due to additional damage.
