Rocco said that they had replaced his hood but the shocks somehow didn't hold the hood up anymore like it was supposed to so they had to go back and fix that. The vehicle was about 2 days later than promised due to a parts delay. He wasn't kept very informed during the repair process for reasons he is unsure of. He was the one that had to keep calling them. He is unsure of who prepared his estimate.
