Stephanie said they did a really good job, but it took too long. She was told it would take 3 or 4 days, but it took 3 weeks, due to parts delays from San Antonio. They only called her 2 to 3 days before the work was done, so she had to call for updates. This issue affected the communication. Ian was amazing and everyone was very nice.
