Nancy said she had the repair completed during the holiday season. They were waiting for parts and shipping to start the work on the vehicle. She said she felt like the representatives were remiss because they did not provide her with a courtesy call when the parts arrived. She had to initiate the phone call to get the information about the parts. When she called the parts were available. She would use the business for repairs again. They were nice about everything. The business could serve her better by providing a courtesy call when parts and shipping issues arise.
