Monique said there was a delay of well over a week because of parts. This added to her rental vehicle expense. She was not kept adequately informed because the repairs took over 2 weeks, but the business only called twice. She was not satisfied with their communication because sometimes it seemed like Bernie did not call back. Other times, they did not call back the same day.
