Amy said she needs to take her vehicle back to this business because it seems like the muffler adjustments were not done correctly. She said it took a week longer than she expected for the repairs to be completed. They ran into some unexpected issues. She needed to call them to be kept updated. She was not give an estimate because it was handled through her insurance. She was not satisfied with the communication for the reason mentioned.
