Spoke with Mary. She said the outcome of the repairs was great. Her vehicle looked very nice. They took longer than expected to get her vehicle repaired. She was already made aware when she dropped it off on Wednesday that it might be ready on Friday. It was ready on Tuesday. She was in Dallas and not in Austin. She picked it up on Thursday. She was not in a hurry so that was okay. They emailed her when the vehicle was ready to be painted. They kept her updated with the progress of the repairs. That was nice. The staff was very nice. They were already waiting for her with the vehicle. The work was done quickly.
