John said he was not completely satisfied with his overall experience because there were some problems. He believes that there should have been better precision with the alignment and the installation of the parts. It was adequate, but not great. There are gaps and there needs to be an adjustment. His vehicle was not ready when promised. There was a parts delay. There were wrong parts sent and late delivery of parts. His vehicle was one week plus three days late. There was no apology given or any understanding of him paying for a rental vehicle and the cost. They did not give any offer of reimbursement. He will not recommend this facility to others at this time, unless there are adjustments.
