Priya said her vehicle was returned to her incomplete. The traction indicator light she asked them to turn off was still on when she received her vehicle. She had to take it to the dealership for the issue to be addressed. She is unsure if she was satisfied with the quality of the repair. She was without a vehicle for four days for the reason mentioned. It took two and a half weeks to fix the vehicle and it was not completed, which is why it was not ready when promised. She was very upset with the situation. She would not recommend them due to this experience and she would go elsewhere if she needed repairs again in the future.
