Matt said everything at this business was good. His vehicle was delayed a day or two and he does not remember what the reason was but he was okay with it since he had a rental vehicle. He was not kept informed during the repair process because they did not tell him his vehicle would be ready a couple of days later, but they did say what was going on with his vehicle and what needed to be fixed through email.
