Brandon said his vehicle was over a week late because it took them four tries to get it right. They had to sand and repaint the bumper. He was not satisfied with the business' overall communication because he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and if he wanted an update he had to contact the business himself. He would not recommend this facility to others for the reasons mentioned.

Mr E is correct we did have some imperfections in the paint . We also had a major delay on his new exhaust due to the year of his vehicle. We apologized for the delays and hope the customer understands the delay in parts was out of our control, and the quality delay was to ensure we met his expectations.
