Spoke with Cecelia. She said her vehicle was 2 days later than promised because this business had to wait on parts. Also she mentioned that she was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because when the vehicle was not ready on the Wednesday that it was promised she had to call to find out when it would be ready. Lastly she said she would not recommend this facility to others because there is not a rental agency on site like another dealership that is close to her home.
