Katherine said she had to go back several times to get things right. After the 4th time at this business it's not quite okay but she wondered about the parts supply. They didn't finish all the paint chips where a person's foot steps when the door is opened. After they worked on it again it looked better, but it's not completely corrected and she can still feel metal. They replaced the driver's door but the part itself looked sloppy and she wondered if it was a recycled part. It's on the inside, the shape is off, and there are obvious welding marks. The door didn't close right and she had to kind of slam it. She noticed it because previously she just had to push at it and it closed, and it was an obvious difference. They said it was just normal, but they worked on it again and it's much better. For the most part it was ready when promised, but she had to go back and then test-drive it. This business didn't do a thorough observation from the start. She wasn't satisfied with the estimator because this business didn't do a thorough job of what she wanted done, and didn't account for the damaged area. Every time she complained the person she dealt with would tell her that's just the way the vehicle was, so she wasn't happy with that reaction, and that was the first response she got. Then that person would go and consult with another person, and that happened twice. She was somewhat satisfied with communication because eventually they did the work, but the initial response was to disregard her comments. Katherine stated she felt that was disrespectful and wondered why they weren't taking her seriously. Other than that, she was satisfied with the communication. She has no comparison to make, but from her experience she wouldn't recommend this business because it's far, she had to keep going back, and because of the way an employee treated her.
