Spoke with Jose. He said he had to go back twice because they didn't do some things right. He chose not to elaborate. His vehicle was one day late because they weren't ready and the vehicle needed to be washed. He mentioned this business was supposed to call but they never did, so he was not satisfied with being informed or their communication.
