Adam said it took 3 different occasions to get the repairs done correctly at this business. There were dents on the drivers side door that hadn't been there previously. This business left slop on the steering wheel and there was air whistling through the door when he drove the vehicle. The representatives at this business were friendly at first but then seemed to be in a big hurry to be done with him. He said he felt like he was a burden to this business. He had to ask for a clip for the wiring harness so it would not melt on the turbo. Adam went to this establishment because there was a hundred percent guarantee on the work they performed. He was told the repairs would be one week but it took over two weeks to complete because he had to keep going back. Adam works in construction and had to keep swapping out his tools to the rental vehicle and back again. This was an inconvenience for him. He would not recommend them due to this experience.
