David said his vehicle was two days late and he's not sure why. He also had to make all of the calls to find out the status of his vehicle. As far as the person who did the estimate he did not order enough parts. He new the tailgate was electric and not working so he has to order another part. He wasn't satisfied with the communication because of what has already been shared.
