Jennifer said they didn't call to let her know what they were doing to her vehicle. She said the claim was handled by the other party's insurance company and she wanted to know what was going on. The communication could have been improved, but she chose not to elaborate. She said they only called to tell her when her vehicle was ready. She's pleased with the repair.
