John stated that there wasn't a promised time for his vehicle to be ready. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process because the business didn't call him. John was the one that had to do all the calling. He wasn't satisfied with the communication because of the above mentioned reason. John wouldn't recommend the business because he was the one that had to do all the communicating instead of the business calling him.
