Spoke with Mark's wife. She said they did not order the parts after a car wash ripped the antennae off. She took time off work to drop off the vehicle, but the work did not get done because they had the wrong parts. They did not even tell her. They did not check to make sure they had the right parts. It should be their responsibility to make sure they have the right parts. It was inconvenient. Eventually they got it repaired. This was not her business of choice. The car wash company sends people here after car wash problems. Due to a part delay, her vehicle was finished late, but she does not know how late. She would not recommend them for these reasons, which caused a bad experience. They do not seem quite as professional as the type of people she would prefer to deal with.
