Manuel said the business fixed his vehicle, but it was damaged during the process. Two bolts from an unspecified bracket are missing and the liner under the hood is ripped. The passenger side door had a dent caused by this business, and the technician fixed it. He said it upsets him that he did not get paid for the damages they did. If damages were caused by the business itself, they should fix it. He does not like being accused of things he knows he is right about. He was told not to wash his vehicle for three weeks and during that time he noticed that on the passenger door where the dent was, is cracked. His emblem was also upside down. The interior had black prints from the mechanic not washing his hands. They told him they would call back but never did. He contacted his insurance company and told them what was going on. When he washed his vehicle and lifted up the windshield wiper, the blade fell off, which fell off again at a second attempt. He realized that the arm was broken and the business tried to glue and paint over it. He recently put brand new windshield wipers on his vehicle. He told Drew what was going on and he said to bring it back in to see if they use the glue that is on the wiper blade. The business does a good job, but he is unsure what happened during this recent visit. He would not recommend this business due to the reason mentioned.
